Here is how you can make this recipe at home.
Egg and Cheese Paratha
Ingredients
For dough
Whole wheat – 3 cups
Salt a pinch
Water as required
For Paratha
Oil as required
Egg – 3no
Onion Chopped – 1 small
Capsicum- ¼ no
Green Chillies – 2-3 no
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Tomato Chopped – 1 small
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Grated Cheese – 1 cup
Coriander Chutney – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Method
1. In a bowl add whole wheat flour, salt and water and make a stiff dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and rest.
2. Divide the dough and roll the dough. Apply some and dust the flour the flour.
3. Book folds the paratha and keep aside.
4. Now in a bowl add eggs, chopped onion, green chilli, black pepper, tomato chopped, coriander
leaves, and grated cheese, salt and mix well.
5. Heat the tawa. Roll the paratha and place it on the tawa and cook it on a slow flame.
6. Once the paratha starts to puff up open the pocket spread the green chutney and adds the egg mixture and spread evenly.
7. And cook the paratha on slow flame from both the side until the egg is completely cooked.
8. Apply little oil on both the sides.
9. Remove the paratha and cut the paratha.
10. Place the paratha on the serving plate and serve hot.
