Low impact body work out. The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 3 min warm up In total I have 6 exercises and I've done 2 set but you can go up to 4 set if you want. For each exercise I went for the lower numbers of reps, but feel free and go with how make reps you want. Go for it and have fun. The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing! I know that for some of you some of the moments are very challenging - if you need a longer break - take it! You will get better over time :) just practice more! Another option is performing the exercise without the chair (and for example) placing your feet on the ground. And with the ball in stead of a fencing mask. Best of luck!
