When we buy it from the market, its usually small fish or sliced fish, we boil it to pasteurize it and strain id="hidden1" class="buttons"> it to retain the liquid, which is then used as sauce for som tam Lao/Isaan or other dishes.essentially what is found in the bottle sauce. I have heard reports of folks in Khon Khen getting stomach id="hidden8" class="buttons"> "flukes" (intestinal infections) from eating too much of that raw fermented fish. Anyhow - the chicken curry looks delicious. Great videos. Keep 'em coming amigo. I totally understand your comment about "notimetoreply" - hahaha - Only 24 hours in a day the last time I checked. I’ve made Japanese Curry with beef, pork, and shrimp while ch always is a yellowish curry. I’ve never made Thai curry, but I’ve seen the yellow, green, and red Thai curry at market, what’s the difference? Maybe I’ll try it at a Thai restaurant, then try my own.
