RAVA IDLI (SEMOLINA IDLI)
INGREDIENTS:
⦁ 2 tbsp coconut oil or any oil of your choice
⦁ 1 tbsp split washed black gram (urad dhuli dal)
⦁ 1 tsp mustard seeds (Sarson dana)
⦁ 2 cups semolina (rava/sooji)
⦁ 1 tsp salt
⦁ 2 cups curd
⦁ 2 tsp fruit salt
⦁ 1.5 cups water (for batter)
⦁ 1 cup water (for steaming)
⦁ some oil for brushing idli moulds/molds
