One very important part of my lifestyle program is naturally controlling your hungry and the best way to do that, imo, is controlling/stabilizing your blood sugars. Have you ever been hungry so you eat then a hour or two later you felt tired, moody, hungry so you eat or snacked again then again and again. It’s not necessarily your body needing food/calories but the result from spiking blood sugars, which spike’s insulin to bring down blood sugars but if brought down too low now you have low blood sugar so you need to eat something to bring it back up: wash, rinse, repeat. Think about stabilizing blood sugar through: vegetables, health fats, healthy proteins and focus more on complex carbs, your body will thank you. #hungrywhywait #hunger #bloodsugars #healthcoach #vegetables #health #carbs #healthylifestyle
