Blogged: Part 2-5 of our Wii Fit Plus Training Plus Playthrough is the final installment of Island Cycling. As you can see I spend most of my time on the earlier routes. I have not even played Free Ride 10 times, something I intend to change this winter. You basically have 30 minutes (around 90-100 calories) to pedal abou the island for fun, or to rack up a distance. There is also a great challenge.there are 20 beachballs scattered across the island, and I do mean scattered.you will go from the tip of the beach to the top of the mountain to find them. There is an intense competition to get the balls in 15 minutes or less. It is possible, but you haveto master the routes and learn exactly where the beach balls are. There are also a lot of secret areas and special rides you can take with the 30 minutes and select ramps. This is a great workout and done once a week you can work your way up and even go for one of the challenges! Look for more from me on this Free Ride later on in the winter.
