In this video you will cook #withme famous indian #streetfood #cholebhature. well everyone especially belongs from India knows chole bhature if in case you don't know than it is a chick peas curry with deep fried fermented bread. the recipe i have used is
bhatura dough
3 cup all purpose flour (maida is the best)
1 cup curd
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch baking powder
1 table spoon cooking oil
just in case if curd is not enough, than water for finishing.
if you like more crispy bhatura than you can add 100 gm semolina into flour by reducing 100 gm of flour in to the recipe.
for chole (chickpea curry)
500 gm chick peas(dried, than soaked and boil), if you like black chickpeas, you can use tea sachet while boiling your chickpea
200 gm chopped onion
100 gm chopped ginger and garlic
whole spices (cumin, cinnamon, bayleaf and green cardamom)
turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
coriander powder 1 table spoon
cumin powder 1 tablespoon
chilli powder 1 tea spoon
salt according to taste
slitted green chillies
cooking oil 150 ml
