Hello Friends Here today I am Sharing one of my families favorite dish Vegetable Quinoa Pulao. It is very delicious, healthy and perfect meal.
Here i am serving with curd and papad.
Ingredients
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
Chopped green chilies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
4-5 cashew
Chopped onion
Chopped mix vegetable
1/8 tsp asafetida
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
1 cup washed quinoa
1+1/4 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
Chopped coriander
For a serving
Papad and curd
Method
Set sauté mode in instant pot
Add ghee
Once Ghee heat then add cumin seeds, garlic ginger paste and green chilies
Sauté it
Add cashew and onion sauté for a minute
After one minute add mix vegetables
Than mix properly
Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, asafetida, garam masala
Mix very well all things
Add washed quinoa sauté for a minute
After a minute add water
Cover lid and cook for a 2 minute on pressure cook mode
Once done open after 10-15 minutes and add lemon juice and coriander and serve you can serve with curd , papad
