Enjoy these healthy dessert recipes that are also gluten free desserts and paleo desserts too! #healthydesserts #keepupwithliv #glutenfree Healthy Twix Bars crust: 1 cup almond flour 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp maple bake at 350F for 12 mins Caramel: - 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup nut butter - 3 tbsp coconut oil - 1 tsp vanilla - pinch salt Freeze 1 hr, then cover in melted chocolate home-made paleo chocolate: 3 tbsp melted coconut oil to 1/4 cup cacao Healthy Snickers Bars - 1 cup dates - 2 tbsp nut butter - 1 tsp vanilla Crust: - 2/3 cup almond flour - 1/4 of the caramel mixture - 1/4 cup cashews or peanuts - melted chocolate or homemade paleo chocolate Healthy Reeses Cups - 3/4 cup nut butter - 3 tbsp coconut flour - 2 tbsp maple syrup - melted chocolate --------------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER: all opinions are my own.
