    Day 1: pretty hard at first but got easier towards <br />Day 2: pretty easier than it was yesterday got easier forward
    Fell off for 2 weeks
    But I’m back now
    Day 1 restart: completed feeling so accomplished tbh

    @alissadoley7487منذ 3 سنوات I am starting this workout from today. I will do atleast two- three of Eva's videos everyday for a month. I want to see if just these exercises combined id="hidden6" class="buttons"> with dieting makes me lose weight.
    Starting weight as of 31st August is 191 lbs. I will update every week.
    Wish me luck!!
    [UPDATE ] 9 sept- I lost 3 lbs. Current weight- 188 lbs.
