READ ME _________________________________________ before i begin, i have to say that this edit is super pretty but there are so many things i wanted to change and i worked on it all week only to find out i might have carpal tunnel KMS so you might not see me around lmao anyway, today is Amber's 18th birthday !!!! I really badly wanted to make something for her last year but didn't feel my skills were up to par, but this year i can at least give her something that (somewhat) looks good! but who is amber, you may ask? ____________________________________ Amber is someone who brought me into the editing community. I was only 15 when i first started editing and her studio was the first one I auditioned for. Being accepted into it weeks later was like a dream come true, and I only grew upwards from there. We've never really talked besides small thank yous and mep related conversations, but she's always been an idol figure while i've been editing. I guess i found happiness when i watched her work and it made me want to work even harder to be just as good as she is. i started out rock bottom, but she believed that i could do better. (at least, i thought she did. who knows tbh haha) I was so inspired by it that i kept going and kept working at my skills. It was also nice to know she was around my age, so i didn't feel so fREAKING OLD IN THIS COMMUNity (it's hard, all of my friends are babies) Amber is someone who's guided me since day one of my editing journey and i couldn't be more thankful to have her in my life as an exceptional leading role model. She's kind and thoughtful, and hopefully in the future we can be closer acquaintances. I wrote my little birthday note in the video, but i wanted to just thank you so much for everything. You've made me the person i am today. Thank you :'))) I edited with Sonamy since downloading FT got stressful for me so i went with second best :'))) i hope that's okay.
