Besan (gram flour) - 1/2 cup
Sliced raw potato (kaccha aloo) - 3
Sliced onion - 2
Chopped fresh coriander - 1/4 cup
Salt - 3/4 tsp OR to taste
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Ajwain (carom seeds) - 1/2 tsp
Hing (aesofoitida) - 1/ 4 tsp
