Martabak Manis Made Easy

Martabak Manis is a famous Indonesian street food. A sweet treat indeed! The locals loved this think pancake filled with chocolate rice, condensed milk, butter and shredded cheese. I tried to recreate this dish with a lighter level of sweetness and richness. Do try making this delicious dessert and get the feel of heading to Indonesia. Something I certainly miss for now.
