1/2Tsp-Carom Seeds
Salt according to taste
2 Tbsp Pure Ghee/Oil
1/4 Cup -Curd/Dahi
1 Tsp Roasted and Crushed- Kasuri Methi
10-Cashewnuts/Kaju
10-Pistachios
10 To 15-Kishmish
10-Almonds/Badam
Cashewnuts,Pistachios, Almonds are roasted in Ghee and crushed with pestle and mortar(Hamam Dasta)
Mawa/Paneer-1 Cup
For Boiling Shahi Gattas
4 Cups water
A pinch of salt
1 Tsp- Curd
1 Tsp- Ghee
A Pinch Of Turmeric Powder/Haldi
1/4 Tsp- Coriander Powder/Dhaniya Powder
For Tadka
4 Tbsp Ghee/Oil
1/4 Tsp- Cumin Seeds/Jeera
1/8 Tsp- Asafoetida(Hing)
1 Tbsp-Green Chilli and Ginger Paste (optional)
1 -Bay leaf /Tej Patta
1 - Cinnamon/Dalchini
1- Clove/Laung
1 -Cardamom/Elaichi
2 Tsp- Red Chilli Powder/Lal Mirchi Powder
1 Tsp- Coriander Powder/Dhaniya Powder
1/4 Tsp- Turmeric Powder/Haldi Powder
2- Big Tomatoes
3/4 Cup -Curd/Dahi
1Tsp - Roasted Cumin Powder/Jeera Powder
1 Tsp- Garam Masala
