How To Make Double Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Using KitchenAid Mixer

I have made this video on how to make double chocolate chip ice cream using simple ingredients and it is far better than store bought ice cream. Use semi sweet or white chocolate chips or a mixture of both. If you like a darker, richer chocolate flavor, choose a chocolate with 70% coco solids. Less coco solids gives a lighter flavor, which children tend to prefer.
