Hackers who control Overwatch & BAN innocent people (VAC WAVE)

This vid hopefully sheds a lot of light on the system being used to currently ban innocent people in CS:GO. I've been told a few of the bans have been reversed (very rare for a VAC ban), but the system being this exploitable in the first place needs some addressing.
