The history of olives in "Kagawa" Prefecture begins in 1908 when the prefecture conducted trial cultivation. Of the tests conducted in several prefectures, only "Shodoshima" in "Kagawa" Prefecture succeeded in cultivating. The sensory evaluation of taste and aroma also confirms the worldwide evaluation. I tried tasting freshly pressed olive oil as it was, but the first impression of the taste was just shocking. The sweet aroma and spicy pungent ingredients surprised my throat at first. However, I was very impressed when I knew that this is genuine olive oil. Finally, I made the caprese that I prepared the ingredients on the farm and sprinkled the freshly pressed olive oil on the caprese, which was also surprising! By combining it with food, the spicy ingredients of olive oil were moderately neutralized, and the role of raising the taste of the ingredients to a higher level, and they tasted the most delicious moments.
