The biryani name doesn't need any introduction. It is already very famous around the world. Mutton Biryani is liked by many food lovers around the world. Mutton Biryani, when paired with the right ingredients, gives off a splendid taste. Mutton Biryani is cooked at many parties and family gatherings. Mutton Biryani is especially famous in Asian countries and the Middle East. The ingredients and the directions are given below: -----Ingredients----- Tomato: 2 Pcs Mutton: 1 Kg Corriander: 1 Bowl Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 TbSp Onion: 2 Pcs Rice: 1 Kg Green Chili: 5-6 Pcs Garam Masala: 2 TbSp Turmeric Powder: 1/2 TbSp Coriander Seeds: 2 TbSp Red Chili Powder: 1 TbSp Crushed Red Chili: 1 TbSp Salt: 1 TbSp or to taste Chopped Onions in slices: 1 Bowl -----Directions----- ----Frying Onions---- 1. Heat some cooking oil and add sliced onions to it. 2. Fry until the onions are golden brown. 3. Take out the fried onion and set it aside. -----Frying Mutton---- 4. Now, add mutton to the oil and fry. 5. Add GInger-Garlic Paste, Garam Masala, Crushed Red Chili, Green Chilies, Coriander Seeds, Red Chili Powder, and Salt. 6. Mix Well and Cook for 15-20 minutes on light to medium flame. 7-. After this, add chopped tomatoes. 8. Mix well and continue frying. 9. Add some water and fry for 10 minutes on a light flame. --------Preparing Rice-------- 10. Soak the rice in water. 11. While the mutton is cooking, boil water in a separate pot. 12. When the water is boiled, add soaked rice to it. 13. Boil the rice. 14. Add some salt according to taste. 15. Separate the Boiled rice from the water in a container. ---------Final Mixing------- 16. Now in another clean pot, form a layer of boiled rice. 17. Add the mutton on top of the layer of rice. 18. Add the rest of the rice on top of the mutton layer. 19. Now add the fried onions as a topping. 20. Add some food color, lemon, and coriander leaves. 21. Heat on a very light flame for 5 minutes (dum). 22. Now, Mix Well and Enjoy
