Narrowing your attention facilitates concentration as well as a relaxed mind. It seems contradictory but we actually can’t really focus without being in a somewhat relaxed mental state. When we have internal tension, concentration and focus seems completely out of reach and we struggle to focus on any one thing. With the changing seasons we also take time to connect with nature. Physically we focus on opening hips, hip flexors, back of legs, all important for relieving and preventing back pain. Some work on shoulders and neck make this a well rounded practice after a busy day. Live-streamed on March 30, 2021
