#mygadgetkitchen #ninjafoodi #pressurecooker Homemade Pressure Cooker Chili & Chili Cheese Dogs | Ninja Foodi 8qt | My Gadget Kitchen #225 Ingredients: 1 yellow onion, diced 1 green bell pepper, diced 2 jalapenos, diced 6-8 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp olive oil 2 lbs lean ground beef 2 packets chili seasoning mix (I used mild) 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained 2 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained 2 cans chili beans 2 cans stewed tomatoes (all cans 14.5 oz) 1 10oz can RoTel Seasonings to taste: Chili powder, granulated garlic, granulated onion, Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper 2 cups beef broth 2 bay leaves Directions: Set pressure cooker to saute on high. Add oil and brown ground beef. Add veggies followed by remaining ingredients. Cancel saute setting. Cook on high pressure for 20 min. followed by a quick release of pressure. Enjoy!
