Also I would have covered the frying pan earlier in the cooking process only opening it to add the onions and turn the sausages. I find that gives them a nice fried/smokey taste. ... 55

Didn’t expect that many onions, but it was funny when I saw him continue to throw them in lol but I’m confused 🤔 is this section called “comments” or “compliments”? Because I always see people that give compliments always go off on the people that criticize in a way that is not even that serious. It looks like they take it more serious than the guy who probably don’t even give 2 fucks 😂 obviously he had enough confidence to post his video so he’s not going to care about the people who criticize. I've been browning, then throwing in water to steam the sausage in a pan, following Johnsonville protocol. Your way is much better! The onions really pick up the flavor. I just cooked chorizo using this and man was it good. Thanks for sharing! ... 1
