In 2 kg basmati rice, 20 people can consume. Enjoy the recipe. ingredients rice- 2kg chicken-2.5kg oil-400ml ghee- as needed salt- as needed curd- 300gms ginger garlic- 500gms chili powder- 25gms (4tsp) green chilies -10 onion - 250gms, small onion -250 gms tomato- 400gms coriander and mint leaves as needed clove- 3 bay leaf -6 cinnamon-5 BRIYANI MASALA INGREDIENTS Cardamom- 10gms Clove- 15 nos Cinnamon - 40gms (Grind these ingredients) ADD 4 TABLESPOON OF HOMEMADE BIRYANI MASALA FOR 2KG RICE
