Dal is a term used in the Indian subcontinent for dried, split pulses (legumes) (that is, lentils, peas, and beans). The term is also used for various soups prepared from these pulses. These pulses are among the most important staple foods in South Asian countries, and form an important part of the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent. We have made some tasty snack with this daal .
Ingredients
● 1 bowl daal (tur)
●100 grms suji /semolina
● 4-5 Green chillies
● Fresh coriander
● 2 tbsp corn flour
● oil for frying
● 1 tsp Red chilli powder
● 1 tsp grated ginger
● 1 tsp coriander powder
● 1 tsp turmeric powder
● 1 tsp raw mango
● salt as per taste
