This easy to make healthy roti/chapati/Phulka is made of 7 nutritious flours and mixture of 7 seeds. This super healthy breakfast or lunch roti provides iron, protein, Fibre and vitamins. Also helpful in losing weight. Ingredients to make Mixed Seeds and Multi grain roti/Paratha/chapati 1 Cup Oats flour 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour 1 Cup Ragi & rice flour 1/2 Cup Besan 1/2 Cup Soy Bean Flour 3/4 Cup Jowar Flour 1 tbsp dried Methi Salt to tast. 1 tsp coriander powder 1.5 tsp Flax Seeds 1 tsp Fennel Seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Chia seeds 1/2 tsp pomegranate seeds Water as required Method to make Mixed Seeds and Multi grain roti/Paratha :- Roast all the seeds in a pan adding one by one starting with Flax seeds, Chia seeds, Cumin seeds( jeera), Fennel seeds(saunf), pomegranate seeds(anar Dana) Once cool, grind all the seeds to make a powder. In a bowl take out the grinded mixed seeds mixture, add all the flour, salt, coriander powder & dry methi leaves. Mix everything well, pour water slowly and make a semi soft dough. Take small dough make a round ball & flatten with hand. Use dry flour & roll a roti/chapati using a rolling pin. Cook on tava from both sides till you see small brown spots. Remove take and cook on direct heat using tong. Or apply some olive oil to make soft chapatis.
