Biden may announce presidential running mate this week

Joe Biden could announce his running mate as soon as Tuesday as speculation mounts who will be named to the Democratic presidential ticket. Senator Kamala Harris and former National Security Adviser Susan Rice appear to be the favorites but the Biden campaign has run a tight ship on its vice presidential search, letting few leaks spoil the moment. And Biden himself has not shown his hand, joking around with reporters in public appearances over the weekend but offering no indication of who he would chose.
