In this video explaining angle between radius vector and tangent important problems. It's important to note that the polar angle is only defined between -90 degree and 90 degree since the tangent line can either be in the first or fourth quadrant or the second or third quadrant. The polar angle can be used to classify points on a curve as either increasing or decreasing.
