Chocolate Ganache Whip Cream

Hi guys! My first voice over! Lol I decided to redo my ganache whip cream recipe with a voice over instead, since there was so much I was putting on screen. Let me know what you think of this video. Chocolate ganache whip cream recipe: Chocolate ganache: One 12 oz bag of chocolate chips 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream (OR just enough cream to cover the chocolate chips) Place in microwave 1 minute 30 seconds Stir until smooth consistency Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to chill Once cooled, whip until lighter in color and soft peak Whip cream: 2 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup powder sugar 1 tsp vanilla Whip until soft peak Fold chocolate into whip cream and ready to use!
