Please like and subscribe in our accounts FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/Queenkitchen20/ YOUTUBE: /channel/UCCXn1xpTmS2xEvEWNUvCpzw?view_as=subscriber INSTRAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/queens_kitchen20/ How to Cook Chicken Caldereta INGREDIENTS · 1 1/2 chicken thighs or any chicken parts of your choice · 2 tbsp garlic, minced (1 tbsp garlic in chicken marinade) · 1 large onion, chopped · 1 Meduim carrot, slice · 2 pcs medium size red and green bell pepper, sliced · 1 large size potato, diced · 1/2 cup green peas · 1/2 cup tomato sauce · 1/2 cup Tomato paste · 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp vinegar 1 Tbsp butter · 1 can liver spread · 2 pcs chicken cube (optional) · 2 cups water · 1/4 cup Cooking oil · 3 tsp black pepper (2 tsp in the chicken marinade and 1 tsp in the sauce. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Marinade the chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and pepper. ( 30 mins or 1 hour) 2. In a hot skillet, fry the potatos and carrots until slightly brown or half cook.( Set it aside) 3.In the same skillet saute garlic and onions. 4.Then add the chicken pieces, cook this for 5 minutes 5. Turn the chicken pieces and cook this for another 5 minutes (try to check if the blood is still visible extend the cooking for 5 minutes) 6. Add the water and pepper (Let it simmer for about 8 to 10 mins) 7.Add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, liver spread, chili paste and mix it. 8. then add the green peas and bell peppers. 9. Simmer it for 15 minutes unti the sauce it thicken. 10. Serve it with rice and Enjoy.
