Europa Universalis IV - France is Already OP [BIG BLUE BLOB into World Conquest!] In which we work to isolate Muscovy and the Ottomans while I attempt to take on TOO MANY SUBJECTS! Let's return to the Grand Strategy masterpiece from Paradox - Europa Universalis IV. This time we're going to be playing France, with the goals of accomplishing the Azur semé de lis or, Big Blue Blob AND Better Than Napoleon achievements along with forming the Roman Empire and possibly going for the World Conquest!. Additionally we will be doing so while taking the worst ideas and generally playing badly for RP purposes. My intention is to show that, while fun to play, France is already OP in EU4 as of 1.29 and does not deserve the buff it seems like they are giving France in 1.30. We will see!
