Too Short on Doing Songs with 2Pac, Biggie, and Jay-Z (Flashback)

In this VladTV Flashback from 2017, Too Short reflects on his friendship with 2Pac back in the early 90s. "I didn't know he was gonna be legendary 2Pac," Too Short says, "I just knew he was a dope ass rapper."  Too Short then describes working with New York artists like Diddy, Biggie, and Jay-Z. Speaking about recording the song "The World is Filled...," he says, "I'd never say I out-rapped a rapper like Biggie. But I hung in there."
