Dr. Brad Wilcox, Director of the National Marriage Project and Discovery Institute’s Christopher F. Rufo discuss the role of marriage in free enterprise, wealth accumulation, and happiness. Wilcox is an associate professor in the department of sociology at the University of Virginia, where he directs the National Marriage Project. His research has focused on marriage, fatherhood, and cohabitation, especially on the ways that family structure, civil society, and culture influence the quality and stability of family life in the United States and around the globe.
