Falafel is a bit involved to make but is still relatively easy and extremely yummy. This is a huge hit with the whole family. Deep fry 300F to 350F for 9 minutes.
If you are doing old-school deep frying like I am make sure you have a good thermometer and check the temperature often. You need to figure out the right setting for your stove - for me it is 8 for you it could be 6. Start at about half and slowly work your way up until you figure out it out.
Whenever deep frying make sure to keep the kids out of the kitchen, and ensure that someone is monitoring the pot 100% of the time.
Here I am using extra virgin olive oil.
