Thread Milling Project on the PM-30MC CNC Converted Mill

In this video we demonstrated the machining of brass keys used to attach rails on the Accu-Slice System. This video describes using a probe to locate the center of the part on the mill, programming the project with the Intercon software, and machining the brass key. Featured in this video is the Thread Milling technique to produce precision machined threads.
