Quick & Easy Cheddar Crusted Chicken Recipe

Lately I like it with Tony Chachere's) 1. Preheat oven to 425 2. Season Chicken all over with salt & pepper (also good with Tony Chachere's) 3. Spread 1 TBSP of sour cream on each piece of chicken 4. Mix together crackers and cheese. 5. Spoon the mixture onto the chicken pressing it into the sour cream. 6.
