Alsi (Flexseeds) - 500 gms
Gurr / Jaggery - 500 gms.
Desi ghee - 1/2 Kg.
Cocout Powder - 250 gms
Charmagz - 100 gms
Almonds - 250 gms.
Walnuts - 250 gms.
How to make Alsi ki Pinni
Crisp brown Alsi in a pan and grind it well, add 1 cup of water and 1/2 kg of Gurr and boil, pour desi ghee in the pan and add alsi in the pan, add melted Gurr in the pan, add coconut powder, charmagz, almonds, and walnuts at very low flames and make balls of the mixture. Enjoy !!
