مواد لازم برای سوپانگله به روش ترکی:
۳ق آرد،۸ق شکر،۳ق پودرکاکائو،۲زرده تخم مرغ،۸۰گرم کره،۱لیترشیر،۲۰۰میل خامه،۱۳۰گرم شکلات،چند تکه یخ،
Ingredients
1 lt of fresh milk
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp of all purpose flour
8 tbsp of granulated sugar
3 tbsp of cacao powder
100 g dark or milky chocolate
2 tbsp of butter
100 ml of cold water or ice
Chocolate cake pieces (optional)

Preparation
1- In a deep pan, combine 1 lt of fresh milk with 2 egg yolks, 3 tbsp of all purpose flour, 8 tbsp of granulated sugar and 3 tbsp of cacao powder.
2- Cook on medium heat while whisking continuously until boils and thickens.
3- Turn off the heat and add 100 g of dark or milky chocolate and 2 tbsp of butter. Whisk thoroughly.
4- Whisk for 10 more minutes and set aside to cool down.
5- Add in 100 ml of cold water or some ice and mix with the help of a hand mixer.then use blender to fix it .
6- Place small pieces of chocolate cake at the bottoms of the serving cups.
7- Pour the pudding over the cake pieces and refrigerate for 3 hours or one night .
8- Decorate as desired before serving.
