BTW I like and admire both them. id="hidden1" class="buttons"> But idolizing artists, opportunist politicians, athletes, and other individuals will lead to a big disappointment. I am suggesting to the adminstrators who they should consider in the future, when inviting guests and speakers at college graduations. I want to see the graduation ceremony and celebratory party be performed at different times and different venues. These graduates need role models in their future endeavors and aspirations. They looking for guidance, expreince, vision, and leadership qualities inorder to apply their academic education, technical skills, and knowledge.They need intellectuals, successful business people, war heroes, and others who are successful and know how to win, that are college graduates themselves. I mentioned Mulatu Astatke to prove my point. Most kids now want to be actors, dancers and musicians. Not engineers and doctors. We can not build a prosperous and strong Ethiopia with artist and cadres only. Minimum requirement to speak at college graduation- a college bachelor degree. ....وسعت

My reservation is when we see Azmaris, emcees, artists, id="hidden2" class="buttons"> activists self-centered politicians as heroes and role models. Inviting uneducated and unsuccessful people as honorary guests at college graduation ceremonies will devalue higher education. It looks like cultural celebration not a higher level education success ceremony. It changes the focus from high achieving educators and college graduates to those who never graduated. Who is coming next year? Another artist? My choice is a successful professional business, medical, construction, agricultural research, and educator with higher education degree. The graduates and family can have a party later if they chose to. Separate the graduation ceremony from the celebration party. ....وسعت
