  • @
@realkabecioالعام الماضي I really appreciate you!! I feel you are so right on every count. I've been following all the paths you suggest for 50 years except for that I have id="hidden37" class="buttons"> eaten very little animal protein all my life. But all the root causes of dysfunction and the simplicity and purity of real unprocessed and chemically unpolluted foods in our diets that you cite - is something that I have studied and subscribed to all my life. I am 72 and am healthy slim and strong with none of the common illness that plagues my generation. I did recently gain belly fat while I worked on BA in animation due to sitting at the computer a lot during covid; eating more cheese as a snack, and using processed almond milk in my coffee. Since then I have exercised more, cut out the cheese completely and completely cut out most processed almond milk. Doing this I lost belly fat quickly. When I want to use alternative milks I use the "just 2 ingredient" brands: made from an organically grown nut & water and that's all. Almond milk with things like tricalcium phosphate, gellan gum and carageenan, and sunflower oil had begun to blow my belly way up right after every use - causing great discomfort which made excercise seem like such a tedious chore. So eliminating that really helped - but it did take months of healing from it's effects after years of use. I felt as though there was sediment lurking in my gut just like the sediment these milks leave behind in your coffee cup. I'd like to see you cover this deceptive issue of "healthier alternative milks". I cut out wheat about 10 years ago as I developed a gluten intolerance. This led to a natural decrease in my desire for all grains. I've always eaten organic brown rice and recently have just naturally reduced my intake of that also. I listen to my body and follow what it wants. Eliminating everything thats a big issue for your particular body seems to allow your body to eventually readjust itself on its own self to where you just naturally lose certain cravings and the urges to over eat as well as the desire to snack constantly. My gut feels so much more relaxed. Sometimes I think we over snack because our guts are constantly irritated and we interpret that as hunger. ....وسعت 5
