***PLEASE READ ALL OF IT IF YOU CAN. Lots of helpful info.*** Hi everyone, as we are all aware we are going through a serious pandemic at this time. COVID-19 is not letting up but hopefully soon. Several states and cities have been given orders to shelter in place or at the very least to quarantine/practice social distancing. Let's all honor that and help each other. Our health care system needs a break and we need to flatten that curve. It's a trying time for everyone. 🌹I am going through my 2nd pregnancy and I'm already half way through the journey. It is not easy! I was diagnosed with Hyperemisis Gravidarum (HG) and with all that is going on my anxiety is back. Not every pregnant woman understands or experiences HG so not everyone can relate. Ginger and crackers do not help and may even be an aversion for women with HG. The struggle with this illness can be so severe that women have voluntarily terminated their pregnancies. That too I understand, there's no judgment here.
