An easy microwave chocolate brownie recipe. These 5 minute microwave chocolate brownies are so easy and simple to make, and the best part is that no one will ever know they were baked in a microwave. They are so fudgy & Instant, rich and delicious. The main thing you have to make sure is that you cook it in 50 to 60 seconds bursts. Also, make sure that you use good quality (melted and as is that I added in the end) baking chocolate and add the required quantity mentioned to get the right texture. Last thing is to let it rest for a while before serving. Cover it with a tea towel and leave it on the counter for a while. This helps the brownie set in completely. These are amazing right away but  I personally like them even better when they are a day old. Once it cools down, I cover it so it is airtight and put in the fridge. Next day I take out a piece (or maybe two :P) and then reheat for 10-15 seconds and trust me it tastes even fudgier!
