PORTRAIT in Mixed Media - Charcoal Pastels & Clear Gesso (Time Lapse) - January 2020 Art Challenge

Welcome to my first video of 2020. Happy New Year to you, may 2020 be full of Fun and Creativity. In this timelapse I demonstrate my participation on the Creative Tartanite Tribe Challenge for January 2020. All you have to do, if you want to join in, is to try something new. This could be a new style, technique or a new art supply. It does not have to be drawing or painting, it could also be a new creative activity, perhaps sewing or photography. Your choices are endless. If you dont like to have too much choice, keep it simple and try a new tutorial of your choice or simply try this charcoal and gesso project, which was inspired by Ivy Newport. If you do not have charcoal just use what you do have. For the diagonal streaks it is best to use something that will smear but if you dont have anything just use acrylic paint, for example, say grey and white and streak it in a diagonal.
