500 g flour
250g sugar
275g ghee (100g pure ghee and 175g vegetable ghee[dalda])
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
150g cashew nut
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
10g cardamom
Method of making
Sieve the flour,powdered sugar and baking soda together
Then add cardamom powder and cut cashew nuts and
Mix them together thoroughly
Mix the vanilla essence with the egg then add it to the dry ingredients
Gradually add the ghee until consistence
Mix the batter evenly
You can add icing food colouring or any food colouring to the batter at this point
Shape the batter in a dome kind of shape
Lay these biscuits on a tray to be baked in a preheated oven for 20min in 190•Celsius
Take then out of the oven after the baking time let it cool for a while now you have a delicious cashew nut cookie
