Here you go today I will teach you my version of quick snack - झटपट खाजा making under 10 minutes at home which is flavorful and healthier options than the khaja ghar in nepal or restaurants. For that I made today :
1- Chicken Sausage sautéed with Garlic, Onions, Soy Sauce, Siracha or Hot sauce and Ketchups
2-Dry Peanuts Mix with Ginger, Spring Garlic leaves, lime and cilantro. &
3- Doritos
