Today I am going to teach you how to prepare falafel at home which is the food of Arab countries and uses chickpeas and some spices. I hope you like it.
Ingredients:
1 cup Dried Chickpeas
1 Punch of Parsley
1 Onin
1 Punch of Cilantro
4 cloves of Garlic
Salt & Pepper
1 Table sp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
2 Table sp Dry Bread Powder
REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR
SHAPE INTO 1-INCH BALLS THEN FRY IN OIL
