Coding is the skill by which you can have a way to talk to computers and make them do anything you want. You can write code for many devices. Range from computers like desktop and laptops to smartphones to everyday appliances such as fridges. C# is a very popular language for Windows operating system. More than 80% of desktop computers and devices out there use Windows, this makes learning C# a very appealing choice. Plus most companies use Windows and writing C# Windows apps natively will give you an edge. If you have a computer running Windows you can write a C# desktop application.  In all my books and courses I always teach by example instead of by tools.
