Custom Triple Clamps to convert Chinese Pit Bike into Honda ATC 70 with full suspension

This video is about building some custom triple tree clamps for a Chinese Pitbike in an attempt to convert it into a fully suspended ATC-70 3wheeler. This is a job that I'm doing for a customer, but it is a fun project and worth watching. Three wheelers were all the rage when I was a kid. I owned an ATC 200x as a young adult and my buddy had the billy bad a$$ 350x... Fun times. The little ATC70 trikes are making a comback, well I guess they have been for a while... This customer is having fun building one with full suspension. Most of the work on these triple clamps was done on my Milltronics CNC Vertical Machining Center or VMC. On this part, I tried one of the Alu-Power Polished Carbide Endmills for the smaller features and finish passes of the outside. Those things are AMAZING!!!
