A-3 Sri. G. Srikanth S/o G. Sathyanarayana, Age: 28 Yrs, Occ: Pvt Employee, R/o H.No: 23-5-1081, Gowlipura Market, Hyd . Cell No; 7396666626. A-4 Sri. M. Praveen Kumar S/o M Narsimha, Age : 27 Yrs, Occ: Pvt Job, R/o H.No: 23-5-1081, Gowlipura Market, Hyd. Cell No: 9059577677. (The accused persons A-1 to A-4 are arrested on 25.08.2018 at 08:30 hrs and being produced before the Hon’ble Court) BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE: This is a case of Murder of Schedule caste person in which accused A1 to A4 pre planned and took the deceased to their house and give fist blows on his face,chest, stomach and hitted his head to the wall with an intention to kill him by saying “MADIGA VADA NIKU NA SISTER KAVALA”, which occurred on 20.08.2018 at about 19:30 hours, at H.No. 23-5-1059, Murad Mahal, Gowlipura, Hyderabad. The facts of the case are that on 21-08-2018 at 1600 hrs LW-23 received a complaint from Smt. O.Surekha, W/o. O.Jaipal, age: 50 yrs, Occ: House wife, R/o.H.No.18-7-82/83, Outside Gowlipura, Chatrinaka, Hyderabad.,in which she stated that, she have three sons, in which her elder son by name O.Rajesh Paul, S/o. O. Jaipal, age: 24 yrs, working since last 2 years as Flower Decorator for a person by name Sai. On 20-08-2018 evening at 07:30 PM, A3, A4 took the Rajesh to A1 & A2 house. In the house of A1 & A2 , along with A1 to A4 accused persons beaten rajesh on face, chest, stomach and hitted the head to the wall mercilessly with intention to kill him, on the pretext of love affair with daughter of A2 and sister of A1 and abused on the name of caste as rajesh belongs to SC (Madiga). Later Rajesh admitted to Asra Hospital, while undergoing treatment he expired on 21-08-2018. In this case, the investigation done by Sri.
