Then check the consistency and blend further if needed. Fruit Sauce Ingredients: 2 cups fresh fruit of the season 1 leaf gelatin 1 cup whipped cream Preparation: Put all in the blender and blend on high for 20-35 seconds or use pulse instead. Prepare 1 leaf gelatin, pour it into the fruit sauce and let it set a bit. Then prepare whipped cream and mix it with the fruit sauce. Now fill the chocolate avocado cream into dessert glasses and add the fruit sauce. Top with fresh fruit of the season.
