The Cell Phone Generation

Wireless has opened up entirely new forms of communications from text messaging to the idea of mobility as a feature that is more important than signal quality. In this video from the 2008 OPASTCO Summer Convention, Tim Owens of Cronin Communications talks about the results of their survey of this so-called cell phone generation or, as I once wrote, the packet generation. Note: This was originally published in August 2008 on a different platform. Unfortunately, Tim Owens left us way too soon in July 2020. Condolences to Tim's family.
