If you want a book for how things were traditionally made and done, I have no higher recommendation than Reader's Digest "Back to Basics" This video was preceded by a Part 1: Assembling a Plush Body: /watch/4Qu9iyOTlz6T9 I printed the fabric for this doll using a custom printing service called My Fabric Design. I made my base pattern by looking at and combining several pre-existing plush patterns across the internet, so I don't think I can claim it as 100% mine.
